Kodagu's departments work with real constraints — long distances, monsoon damage, and more requests than any team can reach at once. This page exists to help. Every report arrives already located, photographed and sorted to the right desk, so less time goes into finding out what happened and more into fixing it. The numbers below are a shared record of that work.

"On record" means a resident filed a report and it was matched to the responsible department. "Sent" means it has been delivered to that department. Reports on record but not yet sent have not reached anyone — that is where Nada Kodagu has got to, not a reflection on the department. Where response times appear, they cover only work the department was actually told about. If a figure here looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
